INDIVIDUALS
Career coaching and retirement coaching look like opposites. They're not. Both are built around the same objective: a future aligned with who you are and how you actually want to spend your time.
Research on post-retirement adjustment consistently finds a predictable pattern: an early honeymoon period, followed by disenchantment as boredom and lost purpose set in, eventually resolving into a more stable, intentional stage, if the person does the work to get there. Most people don't start that work until the honeymoon is over.
A financial advisor can tell you whether you can afford to retire. That's a different question from what you'll actually do with the time, and it's not a question your financial advisor is trained to help you answer, any more than your retirement coach is qualified to manage your portfolio.
This is exactly where coaching can support you. I help you prepare for this aspect of retirement in a structured manner, before you have to face the inevitable letdown. If you're planning to keep working in some form, we build that directly into the plan.
