Two decades in corporate leadership and HR means I understand organizations from the inside, not just as a consultant pushing theories and frameworks. I've spent years facilitating leadership workshops, coaching managers and executives to higher levels of performance and influence, and designing organizational development interventions to drive real outcomes. That experience includes talent acquisition and the staffing industry, work that built my understanding of hiring processes and career mobility for the work I do with career coaching clients.

I have deep, hands-on experience with the assessment tools and coaching frameworks I use, bringing humor, curiosity, and intuition to the work, while challenging my clients to achieve the results they aspire to. I hold a Master's in Human Resource Development from the University of Texas at Tyler, completed postgraduate academic studies in Executive and Professional Coaching at the University of Texas at Dallas, and pursued further applied studies in organizational team coaching at the University of California, Davis.
