My work includes leadership and management development, executive and team coaching, and career navigation support.

I bring over 20 years of experience in corporate Human Resources leadership, including executive-level roles leading the talent function, learning and leadership development, and HR business partnering.

I have worked across public and private companies ranging from 3,000 to 13,000 employees, in energy, telecom, utilities, federal contracting, business process outsourcing, and staffing.

Why Work With Me?

Two decades in corporate leadership and HR means I understand organizations from the inside, not just as a consultant pushing theories and frameworks. I've spent years facilitating leadership workshops, coaching managers and executives to higher levels of performance and influence, and designing organizational development interventions to drive real outcomes. That experience includes talent acquisition and the staffing industry, work that built my understanding of hiring processes and career mobility for the work I do with career coaching clients.

I have deep, hands-on experience with the assessment tools and coaching frameworks I use, bringing humor, curiosity, and intuition to the work, while challenging my clients to achieve the results they aspire to. You'll find real examples of that work for organizations and individuals throughout this site, real people, real outcomes, not just claims.

I hold a Master's in Human Resource Development from the University of Texas at Tyler, completed postgraduate academic studies in Executive and Professional Coaching at the University of Texas at Dallas, and pursued further applied studies in organizational team coaching at the University of California, Davis.

Outside of Work...

I enjoy becoming best friends with your dogs, cooking Italian, and escaping Texas heat whenever I can.

I'm also a WSET Level 3, working my way through learning about the wines of the world, one region at a time, while still remaining a fun dinner guest. (I promise!)
